B.R.S., Inc., established in May of 1986, is a privately owned general contracting firm chartered by the State of North Carolina. We hold an unlimited license to install public utilities and to do highway construction. B.R.S., Inc was recipient of a very prestigious award on March 21, 2006 in Palm Springs, California. The company was honored with the Associated General Contractors of America Construction Safety Excellence Award in their category. This was one of 16 first place awards representing various commercial disciplines involving more than 36,000 companies. Employee involvement and management commitment were critical deciding factors among the judges who held a 10 minute question and answer session after a 5 minute presentation. B.R.S., Inc. would like to acknowledge the establishment of the safety program by, Lonnie Chandler, who retired in 2005 with 12 years of service as Safety/Loss Prevention Coordinator.
