Inc. offers a wide variety of Benefits based upon service and
performance. The following are some benefits that B.R.S., Inc.
employees receive:
1. BONUSES - are given twice a year based upon: Safety,
Productivity, Dependability, Use of proper PPE, Supervisors
Recommendations, Certificates and Licenses held, and Education.
2. PROFIT SHARING - All employees will be automatically
included in the plan when they become eligible.
3. CHRISTMAS SAVINGS PLAN - Employees can choose to
join the Christmas Savings Plan at the beginning of the year, and
deductions will be taken from their weekly paychecks. The
company pays 25% interest up to $250.
4. UNIFORMS - To enhance company image and to provide employees an added benefit,
B.R.S., Inc. provides uniforms to all employees in our full time
work force.
5. HEALTH, LIFE, & DENTAL INSURANCE -
Employees become eligible for Health, Life, and Dental coverage
after their 60th day of employment,
provided they are insurable. New employees who request coverage and qualify will be required to
pay for coverage during the first 12 months of employment. After 12
months of employment, the company will provide individual health and
life insurance coverage for eligible employees who want it at no
cost to the employee. Coverage for dependents is available, at the
employee's expense, if desired. At 5 years of employment the company will continue to provide coverage
for the employee and in addition, will provide one-half the cost for
dependents. After 10 years of employment, the company will provide
coverage for the employee and dependents. Dental premiums are
paid for by the employee.
